It's currently 48 for GTAIV on 360 vs 45 for BOTW on Switch. I doubt it'll get many more reviews but we'll see in a few months, I suppose.

As for GTAV on all platforms: wouldn't that be multi-dipping, though? I'm under the impression that some sites would review each version, lending to a duplicative effect and inflating the overall count. It'd be one thing if somebody already separated out the unique reviews from each site. Has that been done?

I skimmed over it and double dipping is surprisingly low. It's not a standard practice to review for both platforms. My rough estimate would put GTAIV at well over 60, maybe even 70.
