Horizon was ahead on four retailer weekly charts. Tsutaya, COMG, Amazon and a fourth one I forget all showed it ahead, so people presumed that was a big enough sample.
It did very well regardless, wich is nice to see for a western IP in japan.
On an urelated note: Switch and Zelda did really well! :D
