I'll add: Why is poison not "super effective" towards bug? 

Also, the only reason fairy is super effective against dragon is to balance the metagame.

 

Pokemon is weird. Why is grass effective against ground? Slapping  a leaf won't kill the ground anytime soon- heck, without the ground, where would the grass grow?
