My TV is mounted on the wall and thus it sits easy enough on the top of the entertainment center, like you see in the commercials.
FYI, the cords can come out the back, not just the side. The article is wrong on that account.
I am thinking of moving it though. My entertainment center is pretty empty so I can put it anywhere I want. Basically the only thing on/in my entertainment center is a Switch, a couple photos, and a One S. Then the controllers in one of the drawers. But I have a giant open square area below the little shelf that holds my One S. Nothing is there. Might just put it there. It would be easy enough to put switch in and out of the dock.
