Yessir he is!

I like the idea for it. howre the hours for it?

I'm on a salary, so I have flexibility...but usually I aim to be in around 8am, and leave around 5pm. It's more of a project oriented role, so it's on me to get my work done. Whether it takes me 30 hours a week or 60 hours.

I kinda prefer it that way personally. I've worked shift roles in the past, and I grew to hate waiting for the clock to run out every day. I much prefer leaving right after I reach a milestone on something.

Do you get paid by the hour for your care-giver position?

Thats really awesome actually! I get paid hourly, which can suck.

I'd take the heat over the cold any day! It's been freezing here in Ohio the past month. Makes me wish for Cali and Texas again x.x

You'd regret moving here. Constant Summer is not fun after 18 years and insane traffic due to tourists and snowbirds isn't all too hot either. Although I suppose the grass is always greener... just not in Florida because it's probably sandy dirt and grass doesn't really like that.

I dealt with that in Texas and Cali XD especially in Imperial Valley where it was 110F on average x.x and then below freezing at night
