I wouldn't be so sure about that, they also do it with games sometimes. Now talking about switch, why was there even limited preorders? it doesn't make sense because you open preorders so you can know exactly how big the demand is for ur system, so nintendo are either too incompetent or are trying to purposefully create product scarcity. Feel free to believe either of those or something else
