Launch sales doesn't really paint a good picture of what's to come in terms of sales overall, especially in one of Nintendo's weakest market. 80k may look bad when you compare Playstation and Xbox (strong market for both) sales into account but fairly decent when you compare it to previous Nintendo consoles. I mean, its just 7k under the DS launch sales in the UK but not a chance in heaven will lifetime sales be anywhere close to it. |
