The price is too high and the system is barely more powerful than the aged Wii-U, which is a serious problem in my opinion. They could have developed all future games for Wii-U as well with no need for a new console.
Also the hybrid concept does not appeal to me at all, I really hope for a smaller mini version with much longer battery time or a real console that doesn't scratch. The system is not attractive for the average customer, numbers are only higher than Wii-U because of Zelda.
