For those who already have their Switch, how comfortable for your hands is it to play in portable mode?

I admittedly had to get used it a little at first. I played a lot on the gamepad and while it looks hideous it's actually a very comfortable controller.
The switch dug into my left hand a little at first and I found the placement of the right analog a litle ankward, but a few hours later and I got used to it and actually find it very comfortable.
