Nope. A few reasons why I won't be buying a 4k TV for probably 3 years.  

 

In 2013 I bought a 55" high end bravia for $1000. Super set and it will do me for a while.  

 

Current 4k TV'S are not up to the standard I want.  If I buy now I'll just want another set in 3 years.  

 

My requirements are.  

 

55/60" 

OLED 

Low input lag 

HDR (the best type) 

And a price under $1000

 

I feel in 3 years for around $800 I will get an amazing 4k set that includes all these and much more.  4k TV'S should be proper mainstream by then so I'll likely get it for a good price. 

 

 

Oled are prone to burn in and have bad input lag. Just get a good LED.
