Yeah, but a lot of other games lost points for a better framerate than 20 fps. Scoring 100, so saying the game is more or less perfect, when it drops to 20 fps is a bit strange.

Gamekult rated the Switch version 90 but the Wii U version 80 only because of the more important technical issues. Other reviewers just didn't care at all...

Framerate is just one aspect of a game. Some games it matters more than others. And a 100/100, 10/10, 5/5 or whatever score you want to say. A perfect score does not mean a perfect game. There is no such thing as a perfect game, yet there are thousands of perfect scores.

As you said some sites did dock it for the tech issues. To them it was important, to others, the good outshined the bad.
