My only experience talking about the Switch with others was kind of amusing.
My small cousin was giving me a lecture about the best and worst Pokemon on Pokemon GO. She told me that Mew 2 is the absolute worst (!) Pokemon, then paused for a moment, so I took the chance to ask if she wanted a Switch.
She looked up from her mom's phone and gave me this absolute "what are you talking about" blank stare then went back to her lecture.
Her mom asked if I was talking about a new smart phone. When I explained, she just shrugged and said she hadn't heard her daughter mention it. It kind of bugged me, too, as she briefly had a "what a silly question" look cross her face, like I'd suddenly asked if she was getting a mutant head or a pack of spicy cornballs.
