Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, your brain and body is a powerhouse, when you die where does it go?  If it can be held together in an other form......?

Of course energy can be created. Empty space has energy in it and it is created constantly, is it not? And then there are of course vacuum fluctuations, creating virtual particles all the time, some of them make the jump to become real particles. 

It is debatable if energy can be destroyed, but not impossible. It can and will however transform into states that make it totally unusable. Once energy reaches maximum entropy, there's no turning back. You can't use such energy for shit, not for generating power and certainly not to create a mind or anything.
