hd rumble makes you feel the sensation of different stuff through rumble tech, like the ice cubes falling or the water. You can develop a game or a mechanic that makes you feel like someone is scratching the controller from the inside, that you need to pull a rope or that your controller is full of "balls" like 1-2 switch or full of moving ants. You feel the sensation of that stuff instead of the vibration.
