Its not a matter of passing judement, mentally a lot of minors just aren't ready or should be fucking adults. The laws exist to protect minors from horny adults, not to stifle "love" as Bill Maher seems to think. Sometimes these teachers are fucking numerous minors, they clearly have a problem.

If it was a girl I bet Bill Maher would have a different opinion, probably because we see men as sexual deviants.
