It's both really. Lower max memory bandwidth undocked, better GPU clock undocked. But the GPU Clock is a much bigger deal. So yeah it's good news aslong as you didn't put any credit into the Foxconn rumour. Though people were claiming the device was 500GFlops docked, 300GFlops undocked due to the Foxconn rumours just a few days ago on here.
Not to mention the OP created a thread recently saying the Switch could be 0.9TF docked... So for anyone believing in those rumours this is considered negative news, however those people won't react to it in that way. I mean the OP should be mortified by this news considering it's less then half the power what he posted the other day and hoped was real, but he's instead being very positive about it, because he wants to promote the Switch, because he loves Nintendo.
