You should probably not get upset about having to buy a handheld.
PS4 was a weak console right from the gate. That's why they needed to come with a PS4 Pro not long after. A 2013 home console that can't play every game in 1080p and 60 fps is not an acceptable standard if you look at what PCs have been doing for years now.
