This is a perfect recreation of this, clearly a signal-issue. it is not de-syncing like people are reporting. it is just not able to send the signal through a mass of human tissue (too much water that absorbs the signal).
Signal-strength issue, it is a drawback of wireless. but can be negated by sitting closer to the base station (switch)
Edit: if the controllers support firmware upgrades than you should be able to patch in a higher send-signal strength. it will draw more power ofc. so you get less batterytime, but it will prob. transfer data through objects more reilably
