I think we should take another look at this at E3. Nintendo have suggested in their Switch press launch packs there are more surprises waiting for 2017, and I still think it's quite likely that Pokemon Stars will be confirmed for Switch at E3. The one two of Pokemon Stars/Mario Odyssey should be on a par with (or bigger than) Kart 7 and 3D Land for 3DS. Additionally, Nintendo of Europe's press pack reiterates that Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is coming this year, so I would put that down for Q4 as well.
