It looks to me like a bluetooth problem that could solving by intensifying the signal

Probably this is rare with DS4 but you can find there many people that seems to have bluetooth issues too, so it does seems like a bluetooth issue, but I don't really know.

It's rare enough to be on a console with 50+ million sold and only 0-30 on the net have actually stated they have the issue, indicative of a failing part, in line with what You would expect for a mass produced item.

and indeed rare enough that you had to look at a post 3 years old to find it.

on the other hand only a handful of reviewers have a switch and a lot of them are having the issue; that's quite a substantial difference in fault ratio, as for the reports, I.e if something goes between console and joy con or you move more than 5ft from the console the controller resumes? That shows poor hardware design with a weak Bluetooth signal, compare that to a ds4 where you can go to the other side of the house and still play, I've done it once sat on the toilet during a destiny raid playing through a reflection in a mirror of a reflection on glass, two brick walls between myself and the console and it still worked.

they may be able to optimize it a little more but until a hardware revision fixes both the signal power and reception efficiency it will remain an issue.

My point about DS4 is not "oh look your console has it too" but to find the core of the problem, even if only happens in rare cases it can still show a common cause, if this is indeed a problem with the intensity of the signal then maybe it can be solved, that is my point.
