Even if that was true which it isn't that isn't the point. The point is such games are available elsewhere often at a higher performance level for a fraction of the price.

Higher performance level? A five year old, entry level laptop from Walmart can play most indie games. lol. Playing Isaac on a PS4 is complete overkill. 

Also, choosing the Switch version means physical copies and game manuals. That's nothing but win.
