If you visit Nintendo's website, you can get a refurbished one and a game for a little over $200.  For kids, I highly recommend Pikmin 3, Arkham City, and Trine 1,2, as it will help them develop their strategy and puzzle solving skills.  Also, don't forget about Wii Sports, Fit U and Breath of the Wild.
