Yea, because the Wii U is selling terribly. Thing is, though, I was told the Wii "wasn't competing with the HD twins", and in much the same way, the Wii U "isn't competing with the PS4 and XBOne".
If that's the case, then Xbox went from 50/50 marketshare to 67/33? To bring in "total market share" is akin to a PR spin move to make things look better, via dragging the Wii U in.
