You can link your NNID and it transfers your Mii over to Miitomo. So I'm sure digital rights is linked in there somehow. Probably won't have BC on Switch though.

I wasn't holding my breath but if you could transfer titles for around $1 to the switch's VC I might actually move a few over.  The bulk however I always intended to keep on my WiiU.  I'm one of the few that really likes the system and that thing is my Retro machine.  I probably spent $2 to 3 K on software for that thing.
