Oh, Recore was a PC/Xbox exclusive too with a lot of advertising, but even its sales were really disappointing. Phil can do whatever he wants, it's just not worth it for anyone. The only way it's worth it for the developer is if MS fund the development (like Scalebound), but we know it can end badly and it's not worth it for MS that way, too much money thrown out the window. Too much Japanese games on PS4 (and maybe Switch) anyway, the players interested in those games won't buy an Xbox One for a couple of MS-funded games when the other consoles have 20 or 50 more games.

With UWP and games coming to PC and XB1 it should eb a lot easier. Most Japanese devs already port their games to PC so with UWP they can create an Xbox and PC port at the same time with spending money for 1 port and releasing on two platforms.
