You needed to call Nintendo before because purchases were tied to console itself not to account, and now they are tied to account not to console, so there is no need any more to call Nintendo.

You don't need to say "better late than never", yes, it's true, it's always true, that's why people say it. But it's a cheap meaningless cop out, I refuse to say it, because Nintendo wasn't just late, Nintendo was stubborn, out of touch, and a pain in the ass. They finally came to their senses, but way too late. That's what need to be said.

 

Yes, they were stubborn and out of touch, and now they changing some of staffs to better, and thats off course good and positive thing, but you actually sound like thats something negative or bad thing. You basically clearly positive thing spin off into something negative. Yes they could do that long time ago, but actually most important is they actually doing that.

Its nothing to praise, but this is actually very positive thing in any case, not something negative.
