Competitive multiplayer is not a big deal for me, I want to live in that world by myself (unless I can just hang out with people or do co-op stuff). |
If that's you're thing then that's great! But it seems very much like the type of game that is multiplayer oriented, and personally I think they are loosing out on many customers that would have bought it otherwise. I have friends with 3ds but it's not like we bring it over when we visit each other, if we play together we do it online and while using skype. Not to mention that just because I want to play tank troopers that doesn't mean my friends want to, so the download play thing means jack squat for me.
I just don't get the logic. I can't in my wildest dreams imagine that nintendo haven't heard about the massive success of world of tanks before making this game, not sure if they've just given up on the game already or what. Sure they save money on not needing to have servers, but is that really worth the amount of people that will ignore it? Doubt so.
Re-release it on the switch with online. If it turns out to be good on the 3ds I'll by a online multiplayerversion day one.
