No way will BotW be reduced in price for at least a year, and gamestop or other 2nd hand stores will keep that used price up there in the $50 range as well.

Really, your proof is a spinoff fighting game.

But let's say your proof works and Nintendo game do drop in price. This game would be an exeption for the sole timing of the games release.

In 6-8 months it will be the Swtiches first holiday season. They are going to keep their big game Zelda at full price. It will need no price cut to sell during the holidays. If anything there will be a holiday zelda bundle. But you claim you are buying switch day 1 already, so that would not benefit you.
