There is a grace period from the psn store with any purchase you make I think... it's either 14 days or something similar when you can cancel it.

The only thing which is not covered by it (which I've encountered so far) is if you have psn+ active on an account which of course will automatically set up the auto renew feature to try to take a year subscription as soon as your current one runs out, but yeah if you have that happen to your account regardless of anything else they'll count the actual purchase of the psn time as having happened at the point where psn+ was activated and where the auto renewal was turned on, so if you buy 12 months today, you'll auto renew in 12 months time and your grace period for that sale will have ended 351 days previous.

It's really shite considering I now have 24 months of psn+ (got it as a Christmas gift 2 years running from someone, second one becomes useless thanks to auto renew nabbing cash from my wallet for it) but yeah like I said, regardless of anything else they will refuse to refund a psn+ renewal, even though actual purchases of psn+ are covered by that grace period, but like I said, for them the grace period begins when the auto renew is turned on. Really terrible considering that the people it effects imo are the more loyal fans who would have cash in psn wallet or a credit card tied to the service.

I mean I have since taken my payment method off it and I'm just going to be using up the last of the funds in my wallet online now because of that shit experience I had, have far less trust of the service.
