Disagree, Switch is clearly on 1st place just dedicated gaming device, phone on other hand is multifunctional device same like PC, modern phone has almost all functionalities like PC.

You can play semantics and disagree all you want.

The Switch has a 6.2" screen which is roughly in-line with most Smart Phones being 5.5 - 6.0" these days.
Has 4Gb of Ram when most well-equipped handsets have 3Gb+ these days.
Has a mobile SoC based on the ARM architecture, just like every smartphone out there these days.

It's OS is likely Android derived, just like over a Billion other handsets these days.

It has Vulkan, OpenGL ES and Open GL 4.5 just the majority of Smartphones support these days.

And you are telling me it's more like a PC? Common. Tell me you aren't serious. :/

Just upscaling doesn't change anything, it still would run at 720p resolution.

I just gave you some examples on what it does change. Saying it doesn't change anything is moronic.
There are various methods to improve an image whilst it's being upscaled.

Take Overwatch for example on the Playstation 4 Pro. It still runs at 1080P. - However it's User-Interface is rendered at 4k, which is nice, clean and sharp.

I clearly talking about functionality of Switch, while you talking about hardware, mobile hardware doesnt mean nothing if fact is that phones are mini PCs if we talk about functionality while Switch definitely isn't that. You have laptops with mobile hardware and OS, are you still try to say they are more similar to Switch than to PC!? Again modern mobile phones are multifunctional devices same like PCs, Switch is dedicated console developed on 1st place just for playing games. If you relly fail to see that, I cant relly help you.

If you dont have good argumenst there is no need for insults. But reality is in practical way there will not be any change with 1080p display if games still runing at 720p.

You do realise that Overwatch use extra Pro power and hardware in order to downsample 4k to 1080p!? I don't see how that can be comparible with Switch in portable mode when there is just one Switch power than can be used in portable mode, and that power is meant to be used for 720p games in portable mode. Ask yourself, why there is on basic PS4 console games that are downsampled to 1080p, there all native resolution games whitou donwsampling, while downsampling is only on Pro.
