Who cares? PS4 and XOne which are still selling don't do 1080p/60 in every game. The upscale too depending on the graphics effects used.
Nintendo made a great compromise with the Switch on price and performance. You won't get any better deal anywhere. There is not a single game running on those Chinese mobile phones which matches Zelda BotW or MK8+ graphics.
Those who want best graphics are playing on a PC anyway. The Switch will be there second and favorite device "to go".
At the end its the games which make the difference. And Nintendo has shown with every generation that CPU/GPU power doesn't matter as much as the genius of the developers...
