Alicia Vikander is certainly a good start casting-wise. But I am always very sceptical about VG adaptations. There isn't a single live action adaptation I've seen yet that I would say is an objectively good movie. The best I can say is some are good for being a video game adaptation. I have enjoyed several VG adaptations, but only because I relate to the source material.
BTW I watched the Warcraft movie recently. It isn't as shit as some people say, and that's from someone who has no clue about Warcraft having never played it. But it's not very good either. It's lucky China loved it. I will go see a sequel in theatres though. Visuals were brilliant, I will give it that.
