Capcom is my favourite JP third-party, overall, not only on Wii. They remind me of Nintendo in some way, and I like that. On the Wii they've done Zack & Wiki and Õkami, and RE is making big bucks on the console, wouldnt surprise me if RE6 would be Wii bound.
Then, EA is doing remarkably well relatively, and Sega is looking to finally stand out of the big heap of third-parties.
But then again, I think Epic is the best Wii third-party by far.
