Both are unlikely.
AC won't be technicly possible, so that one you can forget for sure.
South park could be done, but it's doubtful it woukd even pass Nintendo's Q&A. The game is not directed at the general nintendo audience.
But i'm sure there will be Rayman/rabids/just dance and if you're lucky, Beyond good and evil 2. Depends on how intensive the game is.
