Tell me what these kind of random events that you are talking? Somebody get scaried and drop their smartphone because you pass too fast by them? Hard to remember anything notable that happens while doing a mission that you have to deslocate yourself to point A to B. Pls, Enlight me.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aENOf8STbd8 i'm talking about the events that show up randomly as you explore the world. i remember there being one where you had to help a celebrity escape the Paparazzi, or another where you could blow the doors off the security vans to get the money inside. there was another where a construction worker got trapped inside a truck by some falling pipes, you had to use the dozer to push the pipes away from the doors so the worker escapes before the truck blows up. the events usually show up in between missions, or while exploring the world.
