The Switch is not the competition because its price alone makes it a part of an entirely different market - home consoles. As for the second point, both Sony and Nintendo used to be able to support two systems at once. Nintendo did it for over a decade, stopped it last gen, and immediately decided that it was gonna support only 1 console the following gen. Which was my point when I said it was commiting suicide on one market - The only one it dominated. Everything else is in your head.
