This is what IGN says on the title:
A next-generation adventure game based on an original new property and designed for the Wii by upstart developer Bionic Games.
and the developer is Bionic games, so Capcom is only publishing it.
Can't say that the graphics are AAA, but they don't look any worse than Z & W.
