If traditional third parties aren't going to support it, then Nintendo needs to have a good constant flow of 1st parties, combined with games like monster hunter.
Having a new Monster Hunter coming out simultaneously in the west on a hom/portable console along with a pre existing zelda and x2 will move some units.
