Sure, if you want to get fooled by the advertisement, even though Nintnendo themselves say the Swtich is a home console. Go watch the Fire emblem direct, they say it. So, this is your opinion vs what Nintendo themselves recognised.

I get the impression you are trying to just throw dirt in the air here. Yes, Fire emblem, pokemon and monster hunter ARE designed for short bursts of play. I don't even know how you can say such an outrageous thing.

 

Okay sure fine whatever, the PS4 is/isn't portable, whichever you prefer. Now what does that have to do with whether or not the Switch is portable? Oh, right, nothing! 

Yeah they just put in a screen and battery and detachable controllers for no reason, and despite that stuff it's totally just a regular old home console that's only playable with TV and outlet, that's totally it! lol the advertisement isn't lying, the Switch is ment to be and can be played anywhere. That's not my opinion, it is a fact that because of the aforementioned features the system is portable, and the portability is the whole point of the console since why else would those features be there in place of a significant graphical leap that home consoles normally get. I mean why do you think it's called "Switch?" 

Probably because playing 5-15 minutes a day will get you literally no where in those games. Not sure how you don't know that, I mean you even have a Fire Emblem avatar.

This. I feel he's really grasping here. If we were talking about the DS library...maybe he would be correct as stuff like cooking mama and brain age were real popular, but nobody cares about them anymore, they sold like crap on 3ds compared to the last gen. If we look at the games released on 3ds versus the Wii U they are not that different. Hell lot of the games been put out have been ports of home console titles. These "short burst" games are relegated to indies and even then are available for most systems
