Will cyberpunk be better than the monster the witcher 3?

There is no reason for me to think it won't be. CDPR has done nothing but make each new game they develop bigger and better than the last. In fact, they are specifically adamant that they refuse to make lateral steps. It's either make a step forward, or the game isn't ready
