Looks like the Switch is sold out "everywhere."

Probably because it cost nothing to pre-order in some places. They are paying just for the pre-order, not the console.

3) May be a person paying to have the switch preorder without having to shell out so much money. for example, you pay me $10 and i'll get you a switch preorder for regular price

Aah, that makes sense.  Guess it always pays to read the fine print.  Seems kind of messy, though.
