Did you even read the article or bother to read the url OP. Best sentence in the article.
Developers Funcom have gone on record to say that they are not ready to discuss a PS4 version of the game as they are still busy preparing to launch it on Xbox One and PS4.
Anyway it's a Xbox one console exclusive until a PS4 date is announced.
