That's just too much, I just can't see that being a positive. You can have worlds with different art styles to an extent, but going from the colour pallete above to the one below... eh.

I'd much rather have every world be colorful and vibrant.

I see it as a strong point of the game, the fact that every world looks surprising and extremelly different form the others makes it more exciting at least for me and it does fit with the surrealism of Mario games.

Mario 64 was a game I grew up playing and this game is definetly a throwback to that style. Granted there are better graphics obviously in this one, but Mario 64 definltey had many different worlds, with different color schemes. Not sure how that hurts the game?
