Nintendo didn't need to advertise in the super bowl for Wii and that was their most successful home console ever. All this is, is a waste of millions that could be used for better purposes. 5 million for 30 seconds isn't worth it. This is half the goal for Shenmue 3. Think about that.

That's pretty riddiculus logic. Wii didn't need a Super Bowl ad, therefore a Super Bowl Ad is a waste of money. You know what else the Wii didn't need? Core gamers. Good online. Voice Chat. A traditional controller layout. Doesn't mean they wouldn't benefit other products.
