Super Mario 3D World - maybe throw Captain Toad in there as a bonus
Super Mario Maker (maybe with more premade stages and a few more features)
Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze - maybe as part of a bundle with the original DKCR on Wii?
Pikmin 3
NSMB U - bundled with the other NSMB games perhaps and Luigi U? Now THAT'D be sweet..
Xenoblade Chronicles X (although I probably wouldn't rebuy this one since I'm pretty set on Switch RPGs already)

I think it's better to make sequels as they did with Splatoon,
seeing MK8 port gives little confidence in getting MK9 on the Switch.

SM3DW's sequel is out this year.
SMM port could be possible, not sure what a sequel would add.
DKCTT port might give this title more sales.
Pikmin 4 sequel is next.
NSMBU? Better make a more ambitious sequel.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

Totally agree with you. It's more likely that we had ports of games that a sequel wouldn't add much or it's too early to make (like Mario Kart 8 port, Nintendo knows that Mario Kart sells, but they can wait a little long 'till MK9). Donkey Kong and Mario Maker seems good options, since there's little that could be add in a new game with the Switch's hardware to justify a sequel. Pikmin, Mario 2D and Xenoblade will all receive sequels in the right time.
