I mean, the more you look at Splatoon 2, the more differences you see.  No super weapons return, all the weapons have new meshes, they seem to have adjusted, improved, and added some effects, there's a new singleplayer.  So I would just remove Splatoon from that list.  And Rayman Legends is a Ubisoft port.  So Nintendo only has a hand in 2 ports.  I have doubts on Smash and Mario maker.  Smash because I think they will focus on Smash 5 and Mario Maker because it won't be nearly as elegant as it was on Wii U.

I also have doubts about Smash 4...

Getting people to triple dip might be harder than we realize...

Plus it's the Nintendo series with the biggest competitive scene and members of the community are pretty militant about their favorite Smash installment...

A lot of Smash fans (if not the majority of hardcore fans) will be upset about a Smash 4 port because it won't play like Melee...

More importantly, Nintendo doesn't wan to give the impression there will be no new Smash, just like they don't want to give the impression there will be no new Kart.  That's why MK8 on Switch has no new tracks and got very little screen time at the event.  I think they may not port Smash at all since there's more rumors about it being the "last one" and they don't want to add fuel to the fire cause there are fans who if they think Smash is done won't buy a Switch.
