That's quite an interpretation of my post. None of the people I was talking about are virtual friends. I don't have any friends who I became friends with on social media and online games.

Look.. ppl have different taste, different definition of fun. Some ppl are also loyal to some brands. Or they had good/bad experience/memory regarding certain titles, etc etc. Point is there are a lot of other factors (beside ratings) that influence one's decision to buy a game. And you cant say they're wrong because they dont pick (what you think as) a better product (but you can call them what a fckin sad creature they are,... but not in public)

I didn't say they are wrong for liking a game but I don't understand the point of buying the same game with same gameplay every year like FIFA as all the roster updates don't chnage the gameplay. I know its because they like to have the updated teams but that doesn't change the game.

I can understand with Call of Duty that there is a new campaign, new multiplayer every year but the FIFA games have the same pitch and gameplay and that if someone likes the game because of the gameplay he can play the same game for years without buying a new FIFA game.
