It'd need good ways to distinguish itself from other space adventure comics (Guardians of The Galaxy, Star Wars comics, etc.). Maybe do like Usagi Yojimbo; anthropomorphic animals in a mature setting while still remaining family friendly.

why would they need to differenciate when they can embrace them ? they could sign a deal with Marvel to have Rocket ocasionally appearing in the Comic !
