Yup he didn't answer the question of whether it would be good for Nintendo, instead he just said "But we make new things and sometimes it's good, we gotta innovate it's good for gaming yeah?" And then some random mention of parental controls. Not a good debate on his part at all. Also I'll belive the comment about good third party support on Switch when I see it.

Notice how he doesn't comment at all on the very first point about Nintendo's Stock Prices rising from mobile games. He just immediately changes the subject to "What Nintendo does for the industry is important, it's what we take pride in, Innovating the world of video games."

He at no point says Nintendo as a company are better off making hardware. He just says video games are better off for it.

The Dow Jones also rose to record heights because of Donald Trump, what's your point?

Tell me, what are the makers of Angry Birds or Candy Crush doing now?

My point is that in a debate about whether Nintendo should be third party or first party he avoids many points and changes the subject to something completely different.

How in a debate with such a topic he cannot address whether it's good for Nintendo itself rather than just the industry as a whole is telling in itself.

As for Angry Birds or Candy Crush.... wtf?

But yeah it's a debate titled "Should Nintendo stop making consoles." And he doesn't even make a case about what's best for Nintendo.
