This is a separate project. Scientist have been able to grow functioning mouse pancreases inside rats already, and now they are trying to grow human organs inside pigs. This is because humans themselves don't want to give away their own organs when they die (and the organs are also often old and "tired"), so there's a deficit in functioning organs for transplanting.
